Why can’t I contact Dr Julia Jones in the WhatsApp chat?

Many people are on the Habit Reset and checking-in with Julia every day. Julia sees everyone’s Thumbs Up and Heart responses on our daily Dashboard but due to the number of active participants it isn’t possible for Julia to respond to messages.

This is why the chat is set up to only recognize your Thumbs Up👍 and Heart❤️replies.

Which habit hack should I choose?

Our research and pilot tests highlighted two helpful insights:

  1. Choosing a habit hack that you will find easiest to embed into your routine can lead to quick success and help you build momentum towards tackling ones you might find take longer to adopt
  2. There were 3 particular habit hacks that emerged as the ones many people found quite easy to adopt and soon noticed the health benefits:

(iii) getting early daylight exposure

How long does it take to change a habit?

Dr Julia Jones champions a "tortoise" approach when it comes to achieving lifelong habit change.

Adjusting a long-held daily habit takes time. Don't rush it. Slow and steady wins the race - just like the Tortoise & Hare story.
