Why This Habit Hacking Approach Works
Neuroscientist, Dr Julia Jones, was first introduced to biohacking techniques in the early 1990s during a visit to a US Navy SEALs base in California as a Sport & Exercise Scientist. She has been researching, applying and promoting the science of habit hacking ever since. This habit hacking approach has reached new audiences thanks to increasing media interest.
Her research and development has produced fascinating results over the past 5 years and resulted in the launch of the 90 Day Reset in January 2024.
Julia's findings identified why 50 years of huge diet and fitness trends failed to produce healthy nations. Anything that requires effort or cost, and is not highly aligned with our evolutionary biology, is unlikely to be sustained for life by most people.
